All our USB memory devices are guaranteed for 2 years on the electronic parts only. Any shocks, degradations, misuse, viruses, or other complications not related to the workmanship are not covered by the guarantee.

To benefit from the Starsell guarantee, you must contact us by email (sav@starsellcompany.com) and describe the problems you're having with your memory device.
Your faulty USB memory device must be returned to the Starsell company with a copy of the original invoice.
No exchange will be carried out if the conditions of guarantee are not met.

Shipping:

Our products are sent out when we receive confirmation of payment. Generally, the delivery of our products takes between 10 and 15 days. The delivery of our products is free.
